What this site is. Fed Invest Check is a free, independent screening tool built from public rules and data. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, any Federal Reserve Bank or any ethics office.
Not advice and not a decision. Results are general screening guidance. They are not legal, tax or investment advice, and they are not an ethics determination, preclearance or waiver. Your ethics office makes the final decision.
Your responsibility. You are responsible for your own investment decisions and for following the rules that apply to you. Confirm with your ethics office before you trade.
No warranty. We work to keep the rules and lists accurate and show when each item was last checked, but rules, company ownership and fund documents change, and the site may contain errors or be out of date. The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness and fitness for a particular purpose.
